After several failed attempts of installing 2 smart meters at our business property, we have yet again been let down by this company. In August, it was yet again arranged that 2 Smart Meters would be installed this week and be monitored with a complaint number alongside, to make sure they went ahead. Phoned up to check this morning, nope, only 1 is booked in. How can they get it so wrong all of the time? All of their money is ploughed into hassling you for a Smart Meter, telling you its part of your contract, threatening you with price increases if you don't do it, and then can't actually manage to fit them! I have to now wait until end of Jan. I'm taking bets on whether they will turn up. What do you think??
