Chelmer village retail park, rude manager
We went to get trainers for my daughter. Lovely girl helped us we order as no size in store. We was ready to pay. We had other things to pay for which was faulty. We were asking if there is another one The Girl already started put in till for us to pay but needed to check with manager. Manager said to send us downstairs to her till and said shes not coming upstairs which I find very rude. We went downstairs to the manager . Her name was Paige She didnt even apologise and had a very rude attitude and seemed very unbothered about her job and didn’t find out the situation and said the shoes weren’t here even though we had just ordered the shoes online upstairs .Was rude to her colleague in front of us and her name badge was hidden, but I managed to get her name. I don’t think Paige is a very good example to her colleagues . Kindness and politeness doesn’t cost you anything especially when it comes to your job. This left us with a bitter experience at JD.
