Same bad Bankia experience
Same bad experience with Bankia not paying direct debit for electricity but paid all others with plenty of money in our account. They sent no letters, no text, no emails! We had electric disconnected and incurred a reconnection fee! I complained,in writing, then took them to the banking ombudsman which is Bank of Spain. Took forever but I managed to win my case and get my complaint sorted and money back! Everyone should do the same. They rely on you giving up.Dont!
