Dedicated Desiree
On Tuesday 24th June 2025, I had the need to call Fasthosts as I was having a major problem with my wife's new laptop. I spoke with Desiree in the Technical Department informing her of my problems with the new Outlook and setting my wife's eMail system. After 20 minutes, Desiree had talked me through everything and in this time my wife's eMail was fully working. I cannot thank Fasthosts and in particular Desiree enough for all the assistance and patience she had with this octogenarian. A big thank you.
