I would give no stars!! I recently took a course with them, I felt like they didn’t provide enough information or resources to make me comfortable to treat clients. The video demonstration was extremely poor, no audio only tiny text at the bottom of the screen which I could not read. The course material did not go into enough clear detail to make me feel confident to deal with clients. I tried to email the student support and it got blocked, I then tried to email their contact form which also got blocked. I phoned them and explained my concerns and was told I would be contacted between 30 -60 mins by a tutor. 27 hours later no call, so I phoned again and left a voicemail. 13 hrs later still no call. They are more interested in taking money than training competent therapists. Awful experience!!!
