Decline in quality and customer service
The ink they use doesn’t work with dark and moody editing. My photo came out pitch black. The response was sorry subscribe to our texts and maybe you can get it on sale and next time do lighter editing. I’ve ordered close to 2 dozen pictures from them and never had this issue. So, not sure what happened to the quality of work. Makes me sad because I would use them all the time and recommend them to clients. Can’t do that anymore.
