Terrible App and Customer Service
This is the worst airline ever. The app only allowed me to check in 36 hours before flight which meant I had to search for a good wifi signal while on holiday. Then it would not issue a boarding pass. When I contacted customer service on chat I was told to get a pass at the airport then the agent ended the chat with no other information. I had just cabin luggage but had to queue up with hold luggage passengers for over half an hour to get a boarding pass. Useless app and customer service who do not care about passengers. Follow up after their reply. Don't launch a company until the technology and customer service is in place.
