Very good way to get your electrical qualifications so that you can have the status you require when you’re a little older for the apprenticeship age group or you didnt get the qualifications when you were younger. Training is exactly how they say it is online. You watch the webinars and you book the training. There’s no push from them so all the pushing needs to be from yourself. James (Cardiff Electrical Instructor) is by far the best instructor I have been under. His knowledge was amazing, has time for you but rigid with Inspection & Testing. I’m now an inspector for Industrial sites because of him. I was left a little bit frustrated waiting for certificates as I had to properly push Access to order these, they only send digital copies until you ring and actually order a certificate. Not sure why this is the case as you put so much effort into a course and you want something you’ve worked hard for. Maybe something to work on. They said it would be 6 weeks for them but actually creating an account with EAL it only takes 2 days. Overall a good experience for the learning but HR could do with a bit of a push.
