no problems with this company
rented family car. 7 seater. 5 days. St. Jean Bordeaux branch (France). 550 EUR : this is much cheaper than all the big rental companies in the area. added: 2nd driver, 300$ reduced excess, 1500 KM, modifications anytime. They spoke english+french. email communication was great ( service-clientele at rentacar.fr) with 1-2 hours response time . at counter they pre-authorized my CC with 1500 EUR. check-in was smooth. Everything is digitized and mobile so you get a set of photos and documents (before and after rental ) directly to your email immediately. office look is outdated but who cares... car was new and clean. no issues . I see they also offer commercial vans. only downside: office is not open 24/7
