products are good and they do arrive, sooner or later
The products are always good and meet expectations, based on previous experience. I was sent an email to make this rating of the purchase at the exact same time as they confirm that my order has been packed (yes packed, not shipped and certainly not received). This shows how timing is not the number one concern in the company. My experience is that it takes minimum 10 days to receive the order (in Portugal) even though the promise is shorter. It's also funny how I tend to receive a couple of discount offers just a few days after I receive an order. Again bad timing, since they are only valid for a short time and I don't place this kind of order more than every second month. It seems like it would be easy to correct these things, but apparently they don't care. Anyway, the products are good and they do arrive, sooner or later.
