I booked our flights and purchased the travel insurance. Two days before our trip my husband had to have emergency surgery to remove his appendix. I called travelocity to cancel our flights and get our money back and they said that they couldn’t refund our flights because we bought them under a promotion. So they take your money for travel insurance knowing that they will NEVER refund. Even with a written doctors letter. Don’t ever use travelocity. I will continue to post until I get my money. S.
