Now I'm really upset because the store employee continues to make inappropriate statements : --- "... we actually cancelled an order that didn't need to be". --- The watch was defective and stopped suddenly after a few hours, but the employee claims that the watch works perfectly and that I should not have been refunded. But even if the watch had worked perfectly, my legal right allows me to return a product within 14 days if I change my mind or do not like the product. Since I bought the product online, it is my right to return it according to the law about Online Purchases: "The same rights apply to online purchases, including a 14-day cooling-off period for changing your mind. " Anyway, the mechanism watch was damaged and the box too. Moreover, the employee makes statements with a subtle threatening tone, trying to undermine my right to write an objective review: --- "But okay... Keep giving us 1 star reviews.." --- And because I'm an obedient customer, I'll do that until the salesperson stops insulting my intelligence. I see you insist. Ok. I'll stop arguing with you. Anyway, I'll never buy anything from you again and I'll never recommend your store, on the contrary, I'll recommend others to buy from other trusted stores. It was your responsibility to check before delivery that the watch was working perfectly and that the box was in order. The box and watch left your store defective. They were not damaged on the way. Refunding was not any "gesture of goodwill". YOU SOLD ME AND DELIVERED ME AS NEW AN ALREADY DAMAGED WATCH ! Don't keep making excuses.
