AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I needed a replacement powerhead for my Dyson V7 SV11 and thought I'd get the Dyson Outsize powerhead as it's larger. Found one on the Vacuum Spares website for $319.. The item listing said it's fully compatible with my model and GENUINE. Thought I'd call first just to confirm. Spoke with an Asian lady and she said that's correct so I placed the order. 4 days later the head arrives and it doesn't work. After over 20 emails I'm still going around in circles with these ass clowns. They wanted photos and video evidence which were provided. Finally they gave me a return label after filing a complaint with consumer affairs. Now they're saying IF I'm eligible for a full refund I have to wait 14 days for their team to inspect it! They're treating me as if I broke it! It's a counterfeit for a start and I've since learnt that those Outsize heads do not work with the V7. Dodgy AF! Claim escalated at Consumer Affairs.
