Disappointing and questionable hotel…
Disappointing and questionable hotel cancellation Incredibly disappointed. I booked an extra night at the hotel the tour starts at. This was booked in August for an end of December tour. Payment was made. Two weeks out, Intrepid now tells me there is no room. I paid, they sat on my money and they now advise 2 weeks out from Christmas. Further to the response below...No emergency. Intrepid did not even try to relocate. Time to really review your customer service rather than responding in a way that focuses on improving your reputation rather than what was done which was wrong in every way.
