Horrible
Horrible. - long shipping times - long customer service hold times because they don’t staff enough people - no help from customer service because they’re not enabled to fix problems - unlike many other companies who care about customer retention - order mistakes because the people who work there don’t care about the customers Saving a few dollars here is not worth it. It will cost you in the long run. I plan to tell everyone about my experience.
