Unauthorized Charges and Poor Customer Service. I canceled my subscription.but I was still charged despite the cancellation. I contacted their support team on for a refund and resolution, but received no help. Additionally, my bank details linked to Apple were used without my authorization for these payments. Extremely disappointed with the lack of response and resolution. Avoid at all costs.
