Go see real people and products - much better than online
Visited the store in person for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised :) Huge range, much larger than other similar brands such as Kat*** and outstanding customer assistance from all staff, (particularly David at the Belrose NSW store). Only thing that lost the 5th star was that merchandise types were hard to search for - I wanted a type of winter pant, but they are scattered all over the store grouped by brand instead of type, and hidden on the racks behind the jackets
