Sneaky and unethical over charing
Up until recently, I was thinking about how good Lyca is and what a great deal they offer. I've been using them for three months and was very happy with the connection and the service. If it wasn't for what they did I would genuinely be giving them a 5* review. Be warned, they are SNEAKY and will overcharge you at first convenience. When I linked my credit card to the account for automatic top-ups, Lyca charged me **170 EURO** for data usage within 48 hours. Admittedly, it was my fault for not checking if the usual 10 Euro p/m bundle was renewed, so I got caught out, but to charge so much money sneakily is quite disgusting of them. Years ago, I faced a similar hick-up with O2, and they were happy to refund me, given it was a first-time error. Lyca's customer service could not care less. "Computer says no" - that's what you get.
