Avoid Traveltrolley: Nightmare experience
We purchased tickets for my wife and child, but were unexpectedly charged twice due to their mistake. Despite promises of a refund, we've received none. After leaving a negative review, the company claimed they would refund us within a few days, but have yet to follow through. They continue to avoid our inquiries with phony excuses. We strongly caution others against dealing with this fraudulent company, which employs rude staff from abroad.
