Zero Comminication. Where's My Playmat?
I placed an order on July 2. Received an email about the longer wait times due to high demand, totally understandable. That email also stated that it would take UP TO 15 business days to process and ship. It is now August 2nd, well past those 15 business days. I've sent 2 emails asking for any type of update and have received zero responses. Hire more people if you're this far behind. Your current business model is absolute trash.
