The product does as it says. I have only just started using them, but I am already eating less at meal times, I feel full up and satisfied and my plate is not empty. I think it is very important that you take as instructed at least 30 mins before you eat with plenty of water or a weak juice. The proof will be at the end of this week when I do my first weigh in. I have not had any side effects so far and the ordering and delivery was really quick and easy.
