No support if you have a problem

No support if you have a problem, no reply to many emails. Not worth the money, clearly don’t care about customers. Update: after more than 6 months, finally get a reply below suggesting I email the address that has not responded to any of my previous requests for assistance, my original point stands, no support, no interest, ( although the email below is not complete, so doesn't work, a bit like the poor quality Viking shoes I had )
