2 weeks, enough is enough
I have been with lebara for two weeks and I am leaving already. The network doesn't work for data, I have had to try downloading apps, security updates multiple times and failed. Customer service is terrible, more interested in bad reviews being changed than sorting issues, no regard for what your upto when they call just springing into auto pilot, I had to stop Lebara rep and say that now is a bad time and suggested a time to call back and that never happened. Now I have got a new Sim in my old knackered phone and it's working better than Lebara Sim in new phone and new monthly Sim only deal gives me 6x the data for the same price and just to sweeten the deal further new network sent a £75 wine voucher, just waiting for number to switch over, will be swapping Sims between phones later so new network in new phone and I won't have to go outside to make calls and download. Can't wait to be gone!
