Do not book Eurocentres !
Do never ever book the Chapter Lewisham Residence on Eurocentres webpage! Just to summarise the problems with the Chapter Lewisham Residence: - receive a non-cleaned room upon arrival (That's why I was put up in another room for the first night.) - a change of room, which has been explained in my opinion a completely unjustifiable reason. I was apparently ejected from my room, because Eurocentres had double booked my room. My invoice clearly stated a " studio" room, this is what I paid for. It's completely unacceptable that I have forgo my room due to a Eurocentres administrative error. (Room type does not correspond to the booked room type) - I wasn't helped with the move - the move cost me time, which I could have used elsewhere - I couldn't focus on my study, because there were always new defects and problems with the accommodation - the cleanliness of the rooms was never satisfactory. I had to go out and buy cleaning materials and do it myself. The only reason why I gave one Star out of five is, that the lessons were very good and the people were very kind! David the school director is a very kind and likely Person. He's giving it's best to help and solve Problems in any case. Thank you David! So the School is perfect, but the Service and the Management of this company is very bad! The accommodations are a rip off!
