Port in issue
Long story short I had a port in issue. My service was terminated on 11/07/25 (this includes my old service provides and Lebara) and reinstated by Lebara on 14/07/25. During this time I had no updates at all (promised) without chasing. When chased I was given another 24hr timeframe every time. My main issue was - During 4 days I was unable to login to multiple online services with 2FA enabled tied to the number and as I am actively looking for work and have my number on my CV I dont know how many potential employers tried to contact me or who they were due to no service. I understand that majority of the downtime was on a weekend, but they had no one available at tech dept to sort this issue on SAT-SUN at all. This was confirmed by their agent. Basically saying on Monday that they have a backlog of issues due to non-working weekend. My advice to whoever is switching networks is - Do Not Choose Friday as your switch date. Should anything go wrong you will not be able to get hold of anyone capable enough of sorting an issue on a weekend.
