I used SC to book a hotel in Evanston for July 3-6, 2025
I used SC to book a hotel in Evanston, WY for July 3-6, 2025. When I booked I was told the booking was fully refundable if we had to cancel before June 30, 2025, if cancelled after June 30, 2025 for health reasons, we had to provide a letter from our Dr stating why my Wife couldn’t travel. I had to fill out a form for a refund and include a Drs letter, which I did. I then got a letter stating my Wife had a preexisting conditions and they need further letters from her Dr to explain when her condition started, what was her condition at time of booking, details of her condition, when her condition deteriorated, and another recommendation from her Dr about making our trip. The bottom line is, this is irrelevant to the situation. All they needed to know was she was unable to travel by car for 6 hours, from Denver to Evanston. I also called SC and the hotel July 2, 2025 to tell them we were not able to travel and we wanted our reservation canceled. Bottom line I would not recommend Super.com, stick with known travel sites like Priceline, Expedia, etc. I’m still waiting to hear back from REFUNDABLE.ME, who oversee refunds for Super.com.
