Completely useless
Completely useless - even by property manager standards ! I'm currently trying to sell my property that's managed by these people. Despite charging nearly £500 to deal with the paperwork for the sale they have needed constant chasing (including visiting their office), by myself and my solictors to get sort of response out of them. When they do respond it's often incorrect and doesn't acutally answer the question! They are now delaying my sale and there is a real risk the buyer might decided to pull out because of the delays caused by Foxes
