Aweful service
Aweful service. The website is broken, no button or option to use the chatbot. No email or phone contact. They are simply unreachable - no wonder that they don't want to be reached by so called customers. My particular problem, each time I want to renew my "membership" it also requires me to pay the already paid activation fee again, despite already having an active SIM and membership in the past. I found this out because automatic renewal failed despite having a valid credit card on record. I wanted to contact support but how? Anyways, I left for another provider.
