After a 4 hour late coach I'd already lost interest in this service. As for the amount of peolle who take their shoes off on the journey, playing music and having loud conversations, it feels more like being on a school bus. Even the driver is playing techno music and...idk. I think I'll stick to national express in future. The fact that they offer no compensation makes it worse. 29/5/25 Penrith to London.
