Good prices, excellent customer service
I bought goods from roof stores and the prices were very competitive including VAT and next day delivery, but above everything the customer service given was excellent, I knew the goods I was looking for were scarce for I had already spoken to other shops but they still found them for us at a good price and quick. The communication levels were high so I was aware of the process. On a second order I placed, there were some issues with wrong products delivered but once again their customer service was second to none, they stepped up and and resolved the issue very quickly. I would definitely come back to roof stores and recommend it to anyone. Gerard
