I contacted HP support several times. At first, they denied any problem and said the device was fine. Only after days of testing and pressure, they finally agreed to take it in for repair. In December, HP told me the repair would be delayed due to missing parts, so I officially withdrew from the contract (as allowed by § 440 BGB in Germany). Just two days later, HP sent the device back without repairing it, completely ignoring my withdrawal request. They claimed the motherboard and GPU were replaced, but the issue continued – and got worse. On June 14, the PC shut down 6 times in one day. Since June 21, it doesn’t turn on at all. It’s now a dead machine. HP still refuses to refund my money, and what’s worse: ❌ There’s no official support email to contact them ❌ The online support is a dead end ❌ You’re stuck in loops and get no real help I have now handed the case to my lawyer (thankfully I have legal insurance). I would never buy from HP again. Extremely disappointed.
