HomeBox customer service is Zero
I purchased a mattress from homebox , fist of all delivery system was very troublesome , moreover after 1 year of use the mattress dipped from various places . Even after repeated complaints trhough emails , calls etc they never appeared for inspection and for change of product ,as mattress has warranty for 5 years . After complaining to Dubai consumer rights , one of HomeBox manager called once and falsely promised to give voucher within a week and their team will take away old mattress, they never came even after 1 month of such promise. Meanwhile dubai consumer right authority closed my case after a formal call whether I have received any feedback from HomeBox manager or not . I told them yes I received the call but yet the matter is not solved .nothing happened further. Please never buy from Homebox again .
