The table reservation system is more than horrible.
The table reservation system is terrible. They want people to pay 5 euro per person per day for a table reservation. We purchased premium package with food and drinks included, but my family had to skip dinner and lunch because the food area had no places to sit. The timeframe for food is very limited, usually 60 or 90 minutes per meal, while the lines for food is exceptionally long and they run out of food rather fast. The staff is rude and is not supportive. Avoid this A-Rosa tours at any cost: you will get no food, no drinks and a horrible service despite paying premium price for for all of it.
