More like remove my money What a set of jokers I made arrangements via the internet to scrap my van with this company . Initially they communicated well with me they even phoned me to verify things . I then followed their process and sent my personal details bank account details passport and proof of address they arranged to pick up my van 3 days later So today 06/ 05/2024 A girl called me to verify that they were coming to pick the scrap van up on 07/05/24. I asked what about my payment the girl then became quite abrupt I told her then I did not want them taking my van without payment She abrouptly said read our terms and conditions Wow Nasty piece of work So they think that’s acceptable to take my bank details and ID then fob me off with no money I wish I could give zero stars beware this looks like a proper scam company This is an update to my review as i contacted this company via wats app after my poor experience with them . I was told via watts app that i wasn't under any obligation to deal with them So i rang another firm up instead I then asked the question about payment and was told by this other company that a bank transfer would be done in front of me with the collecting driver at the time of pick up . So if other companies are able to pay this way then in my opinion removemycar could do the same but instead they chose not to and that does not sit well with me with trust issues so my advice to anyone getting rid of a scrap car is get paid there and then DO NOT RISK THESE CON ARTISTS FROM NOT PAYING YOU OR MAKING THE PROCESS MORE DIFFICULT THAN WHAT IT SHOULD BE . Theres far more reputable companies out there better than REMOVEMYCAR.
