Nothing but delays and wrong size delivered
Nothing but extreme disappointment and frustration with the level of service I am receiving from Eight Sleep. I have made my order in July and still haven't received any part of it. I have received the wrong blanket size a week ago. I have been in touch with them, and they have arranged for the wrong size to be collected and the right size to be delivered, I have just received the new blanket and it is the wrong size again. I have received a queen instead of a king, again. What is going on? I am extremely shocked. I cannot understand how a company can be so disorganised. This must be costing them a fortune. I keep receiving a new email every week notifying me of a further delay on part of the order. If Eight Sleep believes that sending an update every week to notify a client of a further delay is acceptable and is the correct way to manage a customer's expectations, Eight Sleep will turn to Zero Sleep. Shocking. Shocking. Shocking.
