MSC Seascape
The overall cruise experience was fantastic. A big part of the experience is getting dressed up and photographs taken professionally. Since they have moved from using the cruise card to allocate pictures to facial recognition, on this occasion we have been severely let down, paid a lot of money for the package and got no pictures of my wife and children to make great memories. They need to resolve this or start using the cruise card again. Poor show MSC, this needs to get better.
