3 out of 5 …..I had high hopes
I had high hopes for Calecim and even signed up for a subscription before trying the product. Unfortunately, my skin reacted negatively right from the start — and it wasn’t just a short adjustment period. The reaction persisted, clearly indicating that my skin is not compatible with the product. When I reached out to customer service and explained the situation, I kindly asked to cancel the subscription due to these ongoing skin reactions. However, my request was denied. I was told that I must continue receiving the products until the end of the subscription period, regardless of my situation. I find this very disappointing and not customer-oriented. It should be expected that not every product will work for every individual, especially when it comes to skincare. A more flexible and understanding approach would be appropriate in such cases. As a result, I’m now forced to receive and pay for products I cannot use, which I find quite unacceptable. I can’t even properly review the product itself because my skin reacted so badly I had to stop using it altogether. Due to this lack of support and rigid policy, I can only give three stars. A good product is one thing — but good customer service and flexibility are just as important.
