Paid for my parking and didn’t receive…
Paid for my parking and didn’t receive a ticket so I screenshot my bank payment. I then received a parking ticket for £80 reduced to £40 if paid within the first month. I appealed on the basis of I had seen payment was made, later to find out the payment was cancelled. Appeal was found to be upheld but as gesture of good will reduced to £20. I do not agree with the outcome but settled as it is not worth more hassle. I will not be using NCP again.
