Wonderful experience, thankyou Mathew & thankyou Lube Mobile!
Today at 2:20pm I was sitting in my car going through emails before heading home when a stranger stopped to tell me that my car is leaking coolant, I got out to look and sure enough it was and I panicked. I was now anxious driving it or even trying to call around to get into a mechanic nearby, so I remembered and called Lube Mobile and the lady advised me he would be there within the hr. Mathew (KF22) rocked up in 45 mins, he was very polite, easy to talk to, professional, thorough, he was quick to find the small split in the coolant hose causing the leak and he assured me even when he seen the specific hose wasn't in stock ...that he would find an alternative and cut to size if needed. Mathew took the part with him and came back shortly after with an alternative just as he advised me and cut it to size then he quickly completed the job, cleaned up, and did the necessary tests to make sure all was good and safe for me to go. Overall, I couldn't be more happy with the service that Mathew provided today! I was one stressed out Mum who was about to pick up my daughter, and it's scary to think I could have been in a much worse situation on the southern expressway if I didn't know about the leak or if I didn't call Lube Mobile. Thankyou again!! You truly helped me out and I'm extremely grateful!! I will definitely use you again!!!
