Miko helped me with my enquiry and she has been the nicest person. i bought a product which was faulty. Throughout the whole process, Miko has been very attentive and efficient in providing updates and providing very reasonable solutions. I have had a few online purchases from overseas last 2 years where it was a scammer or I was not looked after and needed to dispute i get money back. Miko gave me peace of mind from the beginning to the end whether it was turnaround time to ensure i got responses and my product in a timely manner despite the busy golden week holiday. After Covid19, customer service has dropped a lot almost everywhere, but definitely not the case with Miko Thank you!
