Very poor cleaning and hygiene…
Very poor cleaning and hygiene standards for the price. The restaurant floor was littered with food, cutlery, and even broken crockery during our week long stay (Rovaniemi City Hotel, Finland). The room was dirty on arrival and the bathroom smelt badly. Our requests for enhanced cleaning were not met. The room price was double what we woould expect to pay for such low standards.
