Verification Delay
I have been waiting for my account to be verified for over a week now. I have provided all of the requested documentation and then some. My account has been inaccessible since this has started and I have pending redemptions that have been affected by this. Support keeps telling me it has been “escalated to the relevant team” and that is all that I am ever told even when I simply ask for a timeline on when it will be completed.
