What a breath of fresh air Waterfords are! From the get go, they have been professional, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Elise, who we have been speaking with, has been amazing. The viewing we had a couple of days ago was a real pleasure (a strange thing to say about a house viewing, I know!). Elise was more than prepared, she answered all of our questions before we even asked them. The level of detail in both the handouts and the actual viewing was brilliant, this is clearly an estate agent that takes pride in its reputation! Although we didn't make an offer on this particular property, I hope we are able to find our next home with Waterfords!
