We being veterans of the RCMP and having moved many times over our career we very impressed with Joe from the first meeting to sell our house. Joe was organized, knowledgeable, and ready to proceed immediately from the start. Our house went on the market on Friday with 2 showings that evening and 3 scheduled for the next day on Saturday. By Sunday morning we had 3 offers to review with a bidding war to follow. Joe’s negotiation skills were excellent and we were fortune enough to obtain a final offer far above our asking price.
