Poor Customer Service
I like the tea and the tea box that I ordered for myself last year so I ordered one for a friend. The one pictured and that I chose in my phone order was not sent; another wood color was sent. I didn't mind and didn't even mention it to my friend. But today I called to see if the teas that I wanted her to have and were pictured on-line could be sent. Of course, I would pay but asked for free shipping. The agent would not do that. That seems like a poor business decision. Due to the wrong box being sent, I could have asked for it to be returned at no cost, but I didn't ask for that. I wasn't asking for much.
