Think twice about scheduling here. I very rarely write negative reviews, but I must warn others regarding this life stance website. I was given a Doctor Who supposedly takes my insurance . I even asked Dr. Aponte before we started my appointment. She told me not to worry. Now I just find out after two visits, My claims were denied. Good luck trying to get a hold of somebody because it’s impossible. Most communication is done online and usually don’t get a response till the next day, which is very inconvenient. You don’t even get a direct number for your doctor, which is even worse. I’ve made so many calls to LS and get a different answer every time I call. I was charged for 3 co-pays for only 2 visits and was told because they “discussed medication” . I never heard of such a thing?? After being put on medication, I have to wait until this is resolved or quickly find another doctor so I don’t have to stop medication. Please avoid this place really bad experience.
As per your response, I sent an email weeks ago and still, nobody got back to me
I went on my patient portal and I literally sent 50 messages to you regarding my coverage which is still declined
I sent two emails as per your advice and still no response. I think you just tell everybody to email.
