I already sent 2 emails ( the last one was almost a month ago) and never had any answer. I bought a Teva sandals in December and after a few times wearing them they have broken completely with the heel strap on the left foot coming out of the sole. I want to enquire about what warranty you provide as I am quite disappointed. Generally Teva products are know to be durable. Hope this message finds well and i will receive a response. Thanks
