Shipping was ok, to the other hand the product, Haven Ceramic Diffuser, i ordered, wasn’t really ceramic, it’s a plastic underneath ceramic :( Pretty disappointed not only about the way they describe it, but also the price they sell the product for. It’s a false misleading information, basically I will never buy any product neither recommend anywho.
