Beware of the car and service
I bought a Kia car, paid 22k, car was nearly new after 5 weeks car problem started, there is no smart key response and none of the door open except driver door. I phone Kia , they said it will take 5 days to check . I requested courtesy car , they gave me appointment after 2 weeks . Gentlemen mentioned they only have 4 cars for replacement for their dealership . I bought This car for private hire , so I lost all of my busiest period Christmas earning for 3 weeks . and need nearly a month to sort this out ( 17 days plus 5 days). I can’t even rent a car for myself , because don’t know hope long they need to fix it . If car need any parts may be more time . Only reason I am sharing this to aware other people about the service standard .
