If the terms and conditions are set out the the hire company should abide by them. Also the practise of checking the fuel level when the car has been brim filled at the BP garage 500 mtrs away. They somehow find a way to squeeze another 5 ltrs in. I guess that the attendants perk. But it’s annoying and fraud

In a time when the Covid virus is accelerating it is the duty of all members of the public including staff of Premier stores to adhere to Government guidelines and safety relating to the wearing of masks which help prevent the spread of the virus. Premier display the mandatory signage at the point of entering the stores but in the past two days both at New Marske and Marske by Sea the staff have allowed persons to enter and serve persons not wearin masks. I questioned the staff who confirmed the mandatory wearing but when I asked why had they served the male customer he just shrugged his shoulders. Profit seemingly more important than safety. And NO ! he males at both stores were in their early twenties and clearly did not have health issues. Especially the one that was still smoking. And even IF they had an issue, the wearing of a mask for the short duration would not hurt. They simply cannot be bothered. Not impressed with Premier attitude to Covid compliance
